The choir once again made their way up to Blackstone Edge for the annual gathering. Chartist songs were sung and flags were flown – an enjoyable time was had by all.
The next gathering is expected to be on Sunday 6th May 2018 and all are welcome to join, as part of a choir or as individuals.
More information can be found on the fantastic site, www.blackstoneedgegathering.org.uk
Last Saturday, the choir recorded 8 songs to be made into a CD and I’d just like to say, they did incredibly well! I’ve just finished editing the songs, so it shouldn’t be long before the CD is available to purchase! It will cost £5 and the funds will all go towards the choir, helping them improve even further. If you have any interest in purchasing a CD or joining the choir, please contact Moira Hill! (You can find her details on the “contact us” page)
Once again, well done to the choir!
